Position Purpose:
To optimize and safeguard supply chain facilities by designing, implementing, and refining process systems that enhance efficiency, reduce risk, and protect critical assets. This role combines technical engineering expertise with strategic oversight to ensure operational continuity, regulatory compliance, and loss prevention across the supply chain. The Process Engineer acts as a key liaison between engineering, logistics, and asset protection teams, driving innovation and resilience in end-to-end supply chain processes.
Key Responsibilities:
10% Agile Ways of Working - Participate in Agile ways of working, including sprint planning and demos20% Analytics - Utilize analytics to provide insight, interpret results, or recommend decisions25% Collaboration - Partner with key stakeholders to design, test, and iterate through solutions10% Presentations - Synthesize results and findings through Powerpoint and stakeholder presentations10% Solutioning - Partner with IT, UX, and business teams to deliver scalable solutions to the field25% Store Walks - Complete in-store Gemba walks to observe current state processes, complete process maps, and document process opportunities within run-the-business and strategic initiatives

Travel Requirements:
Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.
Physical Requirements:
Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles.
Working Conditions:
Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.
