This role focuses on documenting processes, capturing best practices, and supporting lean approaches under government direction. **Key Responsibilities:** • Assist in documenting technical and administrative processes across PA40. • Develop draft SOPs, workflow guides, and process maps for government review. • Support identification of process inefficiencies and propose improvement options. • Maintain repositories of process documents and version control. • Collaborate with project teams to capture lessons learned and codify repeatable practices. • Contribute to process transparency and workforce training materials. **Minimum Qualifications:** • Bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or related field. • Eligible to obtain and maintain a Department of Defense security clearance. • Must be a U.S. Citizen. • Experience with process documentation or continuous improvement methods. **Required Skills & Attributes:** • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement frameworks. • Strong documentation and technical writing skills. • Ability to capture workflows using flowcharts, diagrams, or similar tools. • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. • Strong communication and team collaboration abilities. • Must be willing to work on site in Norco, California. - **________________________________________________________________________________________** **What You Can Expect:** **A culture of integrity.** At CACI, we place character and innovation at the center of everything we do.
