If you are interested in this position, please apply to this requisition. **Minimum requirements** + Master's in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics or related with 5 years of semiconductor experience in test & measurements + Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics or related with 3 years of semiconductor experience in test & measurements **Preferred qualifications:** + PhD in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Engineering Physics or related + Expertise in testing fundamentals, experience with semi-automated and automated characterization methods, tools, and equipment + Understanding of semiconductor device physics, and programming experience + Experience in development of test systems for new capability requirements and operational efficiency as well as working knowledge of SPICE models for components + Experience and proficiency in the following areas is also preferred: basic programming experience with MATLAB, Labview, C, SPECS, KTE (Keithley), and Unix Shell; and an aptitude for running various software scripts and utilities + Strong verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with people in different functions + Ability to take the initiative and drive for results + Strong time management skills that enable on-time project delivery + Working well in a team environment is imperative in this role + Demonstrated ability to build strong, influential relationships + Good listener and excellent verbal and written communication skills **ECL/GTC Required:** Yes
