As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM’s ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market. **Your role and responsibilities** * Exposure to Claim Management and Customer Masterdata * Exposure to Cash Apply, AR Reconciliation and Age wise Analysis of overdue's * Exposure to Reporting **Required technical and professional expertise** * Fresh graduates to 5 years of relevant work experience in a Finance & Admin BPO or any other industry in accounting field & handling Account Receiveable * Good working knowledge of Account Receiveable process * Ability to manage high volume of tasks/accounts and work independently. * Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines * Good relationship-building skills and good Team Player * Working knowledge of SAP and Excel * Ability to communicate with accuracy and clarity both verbally and written in English & Bahasa IBM is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
