Key Responsibilities

Supervise and mentor a team of associates lEnsure timely delivery of financial reports and insights in line with SLAs and KPIsPlanning & Forecasting reports Lead budgeting and forecasting cycles for assigned regions/business unitsConsolidate inputs from cross-functional teams and ensure accuracy and timelinessDeliver variance analysis, trend reports, and business commentary to global stakeholdersSupport monthly and quarterly business reviews with actionable insightsCollaborate with finance teams, business leaders, and cross-functional partnersAct as a finance liaison between the GBS and corporate finance teamsDrive standardization and automation of FP&A processes across geographiesIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement best practicesEnsure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirementsSupport SOX compliance and other regulatory reporting as needed

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field7+ years of FP&A experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory rolePrior experience in a GBS/GCC or shared services environment is highly desirableStrong proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.), VBA MacrosExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work across time zones and manage virtual teamsExposure to global finance operations and multi-country reportingExperience with transition/migration of FP&A processes into GBS/GCCStrong analytical mindset with a focus on business impact

Work Environment

Scheduled hours: 4 PM to 1 PM IST, with flexibility as required by business needsMust be adaptable to support global business operations across time zones
