**What You'll Do...**
**Supplier Management:**
+ Provide pre-sourcing input on supplier material management capabilities.
+ Lead new supplier and model launch support, ensuring system integration and addressing MP&L deficiencies through Launch Readiness Reviews.
+ Develop and deliver comprehensive training to global suppliers on Ford MP&L systems, processes, and requirements, including driving MMOG/LE Level A certification.
+ Manage MP&L endorsement for supplier Q1 certification.
+ Monitor and improve supplier delivery performance, resolving issues and disputes.
+ Address critical supply issues by leading interventions with "at-risk" suppliers.
+ Contribute to regional and global standardization of MP&L practices.
**Supply Chain Operations:**
+ Ensure continuous material flow to prevent production line stops for both domestic and imported parts.
+ Drive supply chain innovation, fostering resilience and anti-fragility.
+ Coach, mentor, and upskill the Supply Chain team, leveraging technology for high performance.
+ Lead cost reduction initiatives for premium freight and inventory.
+ Drive KPI improvements, ensuring clear communication and metric adherence.
+ Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (suppliers, carriers, Purchasing, Logistics, etc.) to ensure a smooth supply chain for BOBM plants.
**Data Management & Compliance:**
+ Manage ERP (SAP) data accuracy, addressing gaps related to Advanced Ship Notices (ASN), production counts, and receiving/shipping discrepancies, and administering SAP access approvals.
+ Support data management and policy deployment, developing MP&L inventory and cost reduction roadmaps.
+ Contribute to information and process system improvements.
+ Ensure compliance by supporting and conducting internal and external audits (e.g., VCA, ISO14001, SOX) and overseeing the cycle verification program.
**Other**
Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, to meet production demands.
**You'll Have...**
+ High School Diploma or Equivalent
+ 5+ years’ experience in supply chain management in large enterprises (materials, electronics, automotive and other industries).
+ 3+ years of International Supplier management experience.
+ Proficient in using office software; experience using ERP or SAP systems.
+ Data analysis experience
+ Flexibility: Ability to work various shifts, including weekends, to meet production demands.
**Even better, you may have…**
+ Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, management, science, or engineering-related fields
+ At least 5 years’ experience in large manufacturing enterprises.
+ Familiar with the operational process of manufacturing, with an understanding of quality management, process optimization, and overall organization.

This role will start remote and then will be working hybrid out of Marshall, MI, with the expectation to be on-site at Marshall once building construction and timing is established (relocation package available).
Once your employment with Ford commences, you will be assigned to BlueOval Battery Michigan LLC. You will continue to be employed by Ford Motor Company but work at BlueOval Battery Michigan, Ford’s wholly owned subsidiary located in Marshall, Michigan. You will remain an at-will employee at all times during your employment with Ford or any Ford affiliate or subsidiary with which you later become employed.
