What you'll be doingSupport the site in the design/construction/upgrade of automation solutions as applicableManage and execute assigned automation projectsProvide technical support to the existing automation solutionsDevelop the appropriate programming solutions for each of the automation projects assignedEnsure automation projects are delivered in the required timeframe to the internal customerDevelop and maintain the programming skills of own for robotics (Fanuc/Motoman/Staubli) or similar that automation solutions requireDevelop and maintain the PLC skills of own for Allen Bradley and applicable related servo drivesUnderstanding of Design programs such as AUTOCAD, SOLIDWORKS, desirable INVENTORMust be able to provide solutions that reflect understanding business objectives and cost implications.Resolve operational problems related to projects and minimize delays or unexpected cost increases.Maintain quality and safety standards.Work with others to detect problems and implement solutions.Analyze site processes, design and implement improvements

Pay Transparency & Compliance Language

We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated salary range for this position is $80,560 - $120,840 annually, which reflects base salary as well as estimated target payout under the Management Incentive Compensation Plan. Individual pay will be determined based upon skills, expertise and experience, and the incentive, which is contingent upon company and individual performance outcomes.
