Ecolab is seeking an experienced **Process Automaton Developer** to support our global service teams by developing new process automation solutions, supporting existing tools and technology, while enhancing overall workflow and automaton efficiencies.
Location: The position is based in our office in Pune.
Main Responsibilities:
Partner with the global teams to build and deliver quality automation tools and technology utilizing multiple platforms Develop and support existing workflow and database applicationsWork closely with Business Process Analysts, Ecolab Digital developers, and stakeholders through the development process Collaborate with business and process improvement teams to evaluate automation opportunitiesParticipate in process design, business requirement definition, design reviews, testing, training support and user adoptionPartner with Ecolab Digital teams to evaluate appropriate technology to solve process challengesEngage in Vendor and technology selection RFP/RFIProvide process governance while maintaining strong deployment and onboarding controlsFacilitate process reviews to identify automation opportunities and gather business requirementsMonitor solutions to ensure they maintain benefits and efficienciesKeep stakeholders updated regularly, communicate risks, and gather feedbackMinimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with minimum 5 years of professional experience; or advanced degree with minimum 3-5 years experienceFormal developer experience or proven skillsExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills and ability to partner across teams and levels within the organizationPreferred Qualifications:
Proficient development utilizing multiple programming languages (i.e., C#, SQL, MS Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.), Visual StudioProficient in SQL (i.e., SSIS, SSMS, SSRS) UC4 Atomic, SnowflakeExperience with process automation such as Winshuttle Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate technical and business information effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders Exposure with the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and navigating both waterfall and Scrum methodologies Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills in a fast-paced environment Ability to manage multiple levels of stakeholders Experience working with global cross-functional teams Self-driven, outcomes-oriented performer, strong analytical skillsOur Commitment to a Culture of Inclusion & Belonging
