Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Intermediate Process Automation Consultant to join a leading bank’s Control Optimization team focused on process optimization and solutions for the Regulatory Supervision group. This team oversees trade account KYC and supervision for Personal & Business Banking, supporting 7,000 licensed employees. The role will be part of the People Change Management team, responsible for building and optimizing processes and delivering training for supervisors. Key Responsibilities Process Design & Mapping  • Document current state processes and design future state recommendations.  • Create process maps using Visio, flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SIPOC diagrams (Level 2 & Level 3 detail).  • Identify opportunities to reduce hand-offs and improve efficiency. Solution Delivery  • Collaborate with analytics team to integrate automation and digital capabilities.  • Support replatforming initiatives (no coding required).  • Develop and deliver training materials and user guides for end users. Stakeholder Engagement  • Partner with Regulatory Supervision team and frontline operations.  • Conduct intake sessions with business SMEs to define requirements.  • Provide cross-training and job shadowing opportunities. Project Support  • Participate in BAU activities (maintenance, updating procedures).  • Work with consulting team on delivery recommendations. • Maintain regular touchpoints with operational excellence and compliance teams. Skills and Requirements • 4–5 years in process design and optimization. • Proficiency in Visio and process mapping techniques. • Understanding of analytics concepts (automation, digital enablement). • Microsoft Suite and Tableau. • Exposure to change management, regulatory, or compliance environments. • Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills. • Experience in financial services industry. • Familiarity with Power Apps, AI concepts. • Familiarity with six sigma. • Knowledge of R, SAS, Python.
