Job DescriptionRoles & Responsibilities :
Coordinate ITSM rollout activities with internal and external stakeholders.
Work with stakeholders to prioritize, plan, and manage multiple projects and tasks efficiently.
Verify training documents and onboarding formats to ensure they meet defined standards and requirements.
Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for diverse user groups including technical and non-technical teams.
Ensure smooth onboarding process for users in line with ITSM framework.
Educational qualification:
Bachelor's degree (BE) in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience :
2+ Years of experience in handling ITIL processes
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and IT Service Management concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
Experience in preparing and delivering training sessions and documentation.
Preferred Skills :
