Proven ability to work on transactional processes related to HR & Payroll.Support US HR & Payroll teams with various benefits and reporting support.Experienced in supporting semi voice projects related to HR and Payroll for he North American Region.Ability to work on multiple HR & Payroll processes.Create process documents and monitor SLA’s for supporting projects.Maintain and improve key performance measures.Proactively manage customer issues related to the support requirement.

EVOLUTION: 

Eurofins has been growing consistently over the years and has been expanding its presence across the world including India. This requirement is for GSC BPO team which was established in the year 2015 to manage and support GSC and NSC teams with their transactional and reporting tasks. As this unit is still in its early stage there will be exclusive opportunities to learn and grow within this team.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: (maximum 500 characters (not including spaces) for short position posting and for posting on Eurofins website and career portals)

 

Total experience of 0-4 years.Bachelor’s degree (Any).Should have experience in managing HR or Payroll processes for US. Having work experience in Lawson will be an added advantage.Should have experience in managing project with semi voice support.Should have good logical reasoning and analytical skills.Should have passion to continuously learn and grow.Basic knowledge in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.Good written and verbal communication.
