Temp-to-Hire position$15.00 /hourFull Time work availableFirst Shift (Monday through Friday from 05:00am to 01:30pm)Essential Functions :
• Perform light electronic/mechanical device assembly using standardized instructions
• Routinely communicates with groups inside and outside the immediate work area to obtain and transfer information or parts necessary to execute tasks
• Routinely communicates with Team Supervisors to ensure appropriate status of production and inventory levels
• Perform assigned tasks promptly and efficiently - contribute to effective team environment
• Promotes safe work practices and ensure a clean and organized work area
• Assemble and test products for quality assurance standards.
Process Assembler Qualifications:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Demonstrated ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide
• Demonstrated ability to read and understand written and oral instructions; read & understand process documentation and track data
• Ability to work with and have close interaction with Team Members in a positive and effective manner. Possess good team-work skills
• Preferred : 1-year electronic assembly or equivalent industry experience in a related field
• Preferred : Soldering and PCA experience
Physical Demands :
Regularly required to stand/walk for full shift.
Required to make use of hands/fingers with dexterity
Required to regularly lift and move between to 10-50 pounds.
