Job Description • Will oversee a team of 4 engineers with potential of that increasing to a headcount of 6-8. • The ideal candidate should be able to use statistics to optimize processes, not just collect data, but interpret and apply it meaningfully. o The candidate needs to understand and apply the math behind process capability and use this knowledge early in the production intro phase to help achieve Six Sigma-level performance. o This includes using statistical tools to validate processes before they scale into full manufacturing.
