Process and Comm Training Analyst
Insurance Trainer **In these roles you will be responsible for:** + Creates content for high-end (difficult/complex) topics. + Conducts/facilitates training on high-end (difficult/complex) topics. + Acts as consultant for respective service lines. + Performs analysis to understand client transactions in order to create process improvements. + Reviews and standardizes content as well as tailors material for specific situation. **Required Skills for this role include:** + At least 1 year of experience in a role that required attention to detail, accuracy, and accountability for your work product. + At least 1 year of experience in a professional/office related environment (i.e. office support, administrative, clerical, customer service) that required you to communicate (oral/written) effectively in a professional/office setting + An education level of at least a high school diploma or GED. + Experienced in Training & Should have handled 20+ associates in a batch + Experience in Macros, Micros, Conducting session. + PPT & Excel. + Salesforce experience is an optional + Processing experience for insurance product training. .
