Process Analyst Manager

 

The Process Analyst Manager acts as a liaison between Business, Development, and other internal teams to implement approved process changes. This role is responsible for understanding business demands, ensuring continuous process improvement, supporting application maintenance, managing market relationships, and participating in projects

 

As the Process Analyst Manager, you will: 

 

Master the processes owned, including functionalities and market usage. Continuously improve deployed functionalities aligned with the changing business environment. Update all documentation in the Global Reference Model. Review Functional Designs to ensure market requirements align with global application functionality. Facilitate training sessions and maintain training materials. Generate KPIs for the usage of the GRM module owned. Ensure full compliance with Organizational Change Management (OCM) processes. Validate the business benefits of Change Requests and prioritize them based on criticality and value. Ensure accurate business descriptions and priorities from markets. Provide required information for change requests to avoid returns. Conduct quality reviews of applications and deliverables provided by JTI and external parties. Participate in System Test phases to ensure markets' requirements are met and side issues are minimized. Ensure adherence to defined processes for smooth execution of planned activities. Advise JTI markets on scoped Change Requests and Service Requests. Provide action plans and visibility on critical issues. Address escalated issues and maintain communication with work streams. Support markets in defining cycle plan activities optimally. Oversee the User Acceptance Test phases. Communicate global tasks affecting application usage and inform TME management about status and resolutions. Prepare, update, and maintain knowledge articles, documentation, and procedures. Support team members with knowledge transfer and workshops. Lead internal refresh sessions and provide "how-to" knowledge. Develop and deliver training materials, agendas, and logistics, ensuring feedback collection. Ensure assigned project tasks align with JTI IT quality standards and are completed as planned.

 

Requirements:

 

University Degree in Computer, Technical Sciences or strong IT background; additional Business Education in Trade Marketing is a plus. 5+ years of experience with CRM, Trade Engagement, B2B Commerce, or BI systems. 2+ years of Project Management experience. Good understanding of business processes in FMCG industry and Order Management capability. Fluent in English (written & spoken). Adequate knowledge of JTI standard technology such as BI solutions, integration processes, Trade Engagement, Commerce, or CRM business process analysis.
