The Electrophysiology & Neurovascular Business unit, part of the Medical Devices sector within Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Make/Quality Process Analyst for the Transcend Program.
Reporting to the Electrophysiology & Neurovascular Make/Quality Workstream Lead for the Transcend Program, the Process Analyst supports the Make/Quality functional teams by providing inputs reflective of business needs and requirements in alignment with Transcend Program. This position offers a unique opportunity to play a pivotal role in the successful deployment of a new ERP system that will streamline processes within J&J and enhance efficiency across the J&J MedTech organizations.
The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Manufacturing and/or Quality processes for both Electrophysiology and Neurovascular, demonstrated experience in process design, end to end process improvement, change management, as well as ability to translate and write/offer the business requirements.
**Key Role Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with Product Owners: Work closely with the Transcend Product Owner to establish a prioritized backlog of Product Backlog Level 4’s (PBL4’s) that align with the overall product vision, ensuring clarity in defining the “who, what, why”, and Acceptance Criteria for each item.
+ Primary Contact for PBL4 Clarifications: Serve as the point of contact for all clarifications related to Product Backlog Level 4’s (PBL4), ensuring that stakeholders have the necessary support and understanding of requirements.
+ Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders to identify and understand their unique needs and challenges, facilitating the communication of these needs to the project team.
+ Test Scenario Identification: Assist in identifying test scenarios and data that are critical for unit testing and ensure that the necessary criteria are met for successful testing outcomes.
+ Support Testers: Collaborate with testers to translate functional requirements and use cases into specific test conditions and expected results, contributing to a thorough testing process.
+ System and Integration Demos: Actively participate in the planning and execution of system and integration demos, ensuring stakeholders can assess progress and provide feedback effectively.
+ Verification of Deliverables: Support the Transcend Product Owner in verifying that the delivered Product Backlog Level 4’s (PBL4’s) align with Sprint/Increment Goals, ensuring high-quality outputs.
+ Change Management Collaboration: Work with change management teams and the system engineering team to support a smooth deployment of the new ERP system, ensuring comprehensive user adoption.
+ Process Improvement Champion: Become familiar with the Transcend global template solution and identify/champion opportunities for process improvements to align processes with the global solution and industry standards.
+ Expand Subject Matter Expertise: Build upon existing expertise in either Electrophysiology or Neurovascular processes by expanding knowledge to encompass the other domain, ensuring comprehensive understanding and application of both areas to enhance system configuration and processes.

+ Collaborative Approach: Willingness to collaborate face-to-face with team members to quickly resolve impediments and provide necessary clarifications.
+ Holistic Solution Articulation: Capability to articulate the holistic benefits of the ERP solution from a business perspective, emphasizing value to stakeholders.
+ Sense of Urgency: A proactive sense of urgency and drive to meet team goals and velocity while maintaining quality.
+ Functional Expertise in Supply Chain: Proven functional expertise with a robust understanding of end-to-end (E2E) supply chain processes and how they interconnect across various functional areas.
+ E2E Knowledge: Has strong understanding of the E2E Supply Chain processes and the interactions across the various functional areas.
+ SME (Subject Matter Expert) In depth knowledge of Electrophysiology and/or Neurovascular Make & Quality processes and systems.
**Preferred Skills:**
+ Education: A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
+ Lean/Six Sigma: Experience and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma processes are preferred, showcasing commitment to process improvement.

+ The anticipated pay for this position for California candidates is $105,00.00 to $148,690.50
+ The anticipated pay for this position for New Jersey candidates is $91,000.00 to $129,472.00
