PSEG is not offering visa sponsorship for this position. **Job Summary** The Clean Energy Solutions (CES) organization identifies, plans, and implements a portfolio of programs that support New Jersey’s Clean Energy Vision. This portfolio currently includes Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicles, and Solar. This position within the Customer Solutions Support (CSS) Business Solutions team, supporting CES supports energy efficiency program delivery through a combination of internal and external resources to meet program goals. Provides analytical and program implementation support for energy efficiency programs. This includes the development, preparation, and analysis of operational reports; development of procedures/process improvements; technical support and expertise to process owners. The successful candidate must have exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships and communicate complex information in a clear, approachable manner. **Job Responsibilities** · Serve as CES subject matter expert and line of business “liaison”; partners with IT peers on any/all customer-facing system development and enhancement work. · Serve as the business solutions liaison for Organizational Change Management (OCM) to help drive complex cross functional process improvements through key phases of change management. · Support and lead the Key Project Milestone (KPM) process for all CES IT initiatives. · Provide program implementation and analytical support for Clean Energy Solutions' programs. · Work independently on assigned tasks as well as collaborate on cross-functional teams to achieve a shared, desired outcome. · Support the development, maintenance, data collection, analysis and preparation for weekly and monthly operational reports. · Develop and maintain databases/spreadsheets to support program operations. · Develop and generate ad-hoc reports and operational/financial reports from existing systems. · Support process improvement initiatives based on scorecard gaps and monitoring assessments. · Develop and prepare various management reports, internal audits, spreadsheets and charts of key program and departmental processes and metrics. · Gather and link data from diverse sources to identify data driven improvement opportunities. Represent the department on various cross-functional teams. · Prepare PowerPoint presentations to summarize analyses and recommendations. · Play a leadership role in the development, recommendation, and implementation of new procedures/process improvements, often via cross-functional teams. · Prepare status reports for management, developing and delivering appropriate communication materials. · Provide technical expertise and support to process owners. · Drive efficiency and process improvement, utilizing leadership skills, data analysis and strong understanding of the business strategies. Foster the refinement, understanding and enhanced utilization of process measures and benchmarking. **Job Specific Qualifications** · BS degree and 5+ years relevant work experience including business/financial experience. In lieu of a degree, 9 years relevant work experience. · Strong analytical, strategic thinking, interpersonal, presentation and leadership skills · Demonstrated strong MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and PC skills · Excellent communication skills · Experience in database/spreadsheet management · Strong organizational skills **Desired** : · Knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Power BI · Working knowledge of Energy Efficiency, Electric Vehicle, and Solar programs · Prior experience participating on scrum teams as Product Owner · Prior experience translating business needs into technical requirements Some positions at PSEG require access to information covered by the Department of Energy’s regulation 10 CFR 810 (Part 810).
