Role Responsibilities:

Set up accurate prices into SAP in time (both at the year-end reset and in BAU) by working together with supply/Demand centers, logistic departments, customer supply executives and finance colleagues.All vital information is collected, eg. production cost, freight, selling price etc.pricing conditions are loaded into the transactional system (SAP) using the global tool and following standard Ways of WorkingPerform activities according to internal controls and audit requirements, in line with Service Level AgreementsShould be able to demonstrate ICO process flow from Supply till DemandMaintain a close relation with key collaborators and understand the basics, the business and accounting terms and the relation of intercompany business (COGS, Sales, Transfer pricing etcProactively suggests improvements/additional control points to build in and takes an active part in process improvement projects, in implementation and in the follow up.

Experience / skills required:

Has college/university degree in finance3 to 5 years of confirmed experience. Analytical skills with technical orientation, punctual and reliable work under time pressure. Must Have SAP and MS excel experience.ICO and master data knowledge is added advantage.Accuracy, Excellent time management and Collaborator managementProcess Expertise and improvementCapable of working in a deadline driven environment.Has customer focus to be able to build excellent relationships with relevant internal and external customersHard working personality, flexibility and adaptability.

Lack of experience in Intercompany processPoor communication and collaborator leadership skillsPoor analytical skills & experienceAdapt readily to change, multitask and work in a teamUnwilling to take ownership for issue resolution and driving tasks to completion.Unable to search and spin for standard processes.

Language skills

Good business English, able to communicate optimally

PC skills/System knowledge

MS applicationsConfirmed experience with SAP FI /CO modulesStrong Excel knowledge
