Now Brewing – process advisor! #tobeapartner

From the beginning, Starbucks set out to be a different kind of company. One that not only celebrated coffee and the rich tradition, but that also brought a feeling of connection. We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.

As a process advisor, you will play a key role in driving the successful integration of strategic initiatives across PRO Shared Services. You’ll work cross-functionally to understand how new initiatives and changes impact the organization, and drive implementation consultation and readiness. With a strong focus on the partner experience, you’ll lead partners through change by developing scalable processes, crafting effective communication and training strategies, and ensuring adoption through thoughtful change management. Your work will help align teams, streamline operations, and empower partners with the tools and knowledge they need to succeed.

As a process advisor, you will…

•    Play a key role in supporting the integration of new business initiatives- You will be responsible for designing, documenting, and implementing scalable processes. This includes developing standard operating procedures (SOPs), process flows, and supporting materials that reflect updated ways of working. You’ll work cross-functionally to understand the impact of initiatives on existing processes and apply project management methodologies to ensure successful adoption. Your efforts will include defining and tracking success metrics, facilitating training, and supporting communication efforts to drive awareness and alignment.
•    Serve as a strategic advisor to core stakeholders- You will be offering insights on how to execute partner-impacting processes effectively. You’ll advocate for the partner experience in cross-functional discussions, ensuring PRO Shared Services is represented holistically and consistently across initiatives. By sharing learnings and identifying trends, you’ll help shape future strategies and influence continuous improvement efforts across the organization.
•    Support the rhythm of the business by maintaining the PRO Shared Services roadmap to ensure readiness, visibility, and awareness of impacts across teams. You’ll contribute to roadmap planning, customer relationship management, and operational reviews, while building strong relationships with stakeholders to foster alignment and collaboration. By coordinating regular business reviews and engagement forums, you’ll create space for teams to share progress, surface insights, and stay connected to strategic priorities. Your ability to assess and optimize recurring processes, connect the dots across timelines, and translate plans into action will be key to sustaining momentum and delivering value at scale.

We’d love to hear from people with:

•    2 years - Preparing and making presentations
•    2 years - Workflow process development
