Summary:
This is an individual contributor role to deliver Hire to Retire People services according to process specifications and standard operating procedures (SOP) in compliance with defined controls. This includes executing HR operations and processes in a shared services environment. The role focusses on delivering consistent, accurate, and timely HR services to employees, managers, and HR business partners while ensuring compliance with the policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLA’s).
Responsibilities:
Managing HR cases and dealing with customer issues from engagement through to resolutionProcess HR transactions across areas such as employee onboarding, data management, payroll inputs, leave management and exit formalitiesMonitor, track and close HR service requests in line with the SLA’sMaintain accurate and up to date employee records in HR systemsParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery efficiency.Consistently deliver high quality customer service in a professional manner with excellent attention to detail and a focus on the needs of the customerEnsure compliance with company policies, labour laws and data protection guidelinesCollaborate with cross functional teams to resolve escalationsQualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative, coordination, or operational support role of HR service deliveryBachelor’s degree in human resources / business administration, Commerce or related fieldHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (for data analysis and reporting) and Outlook. Experience with a central database or system (Workday and SAP) Effective listening and communication skills to enable you to fully understand the needs of the customer and respond appropriatelyAbility to work and cope in an ambiguous environment to seek clarification and clarityAbility to work with high attention to detail, confidentiality, and integrityPositive attitude and ability to work in a team environmentOur vision is to ensure that the excellence and ingenuity that shaped our history continues into our future.
