Description
We are looking for a dedicated Process Administrator with strong communication skills to join our client's team in Columbus, Ohio. This is a contract to hire position where you will play a critical role in assisting customers facing payment challenges by offering tailored solutions. Your ability to provide excellent customer service and work within a structured schedule will be essential to your success.
The hours for this role are either 10a - 7p or 12p - 9p. After the first two weeks of onsite training, this is a remote role.
Responsibilities:
• Contact customers who are overdue on payments to understand their circumstances and propose appropriate solutions.
• Evaluate customer situations to determine if they should be referred to specialized assistance programs or offered payment plans.
• Maintain a consistent and structured schedule, including adhering to pre-determined break and lunch times.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient handling of customer accounts.
• Document customer interactions and decisions accurately in the system.
• Stay informed about company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
• Meet performance targets and ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
• Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer challenges effectively.
• Uphold a positive and empathetic approach in all customer interactions.
Requirements • A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or related role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and adhere to a structured schedule.
• Familiarity with payment processing and financial solutions is preferred.
• Experience in roles such as sales associate, door-to-door sales, or similar positions is an asset.
• Demonstrated ability to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
