This candidate will be based either in Manila or US and will be a part of Global Banking (GB) Client Onboarding and Service (COS) under the Global Client and Employee Experience (GCEx) team. The candidate will be required to work in close partnership with global operations teams across locations. The role will be required to drive building and sharing best practices combined with optimal and sustainable delivery/controls framework.
As a Procedures Support and Management Manager (Vice President Business Process Mgmt Manager) within the Global Banking Client Onboarding and Services, you will manage or provide oversight to a team of technical writers providing writing support using Structured Authoring for Client Onboarding and Services teams. The team is responsible for managing the document lifecycle from creation, maintenance and archival. Your role will require high level of critical thinking, problem-solving skills to research inquiries, and recommend solutions, stakeholder management, and project management.

Expertise in Change management, communication, negotiating skills, planning and budgeting, risk management, resource management, leadership, issue resolution, strategic planning.Strong relationship management skills to interface with various stakeholders.At least 10 years of relevant experience in operational management and at a people manager capacity..Capacity and desire to work both at a strategic and detailed analysis level.Excellent written and verbal communication skills necessary.Advanced systems skills required including knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.Proven Ability to present information in a clear and concise manner.Individual must be able to work independently as well as in a team situation.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi task.Self-motivated individual to go beyond immediate responsibilities.Able to work within shift requirement of 5PM – 2AM, Manila time.Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
Commercial or Financial services experience with knowledge on Treasury products is a plus.
