As the ProCare Customer Excellence Representative, you will provide phone and email support to sales teams and healthcare professionals while managing service order entry and data accuracy.
Engage with customers in a prompt, accurate, courteous, and professional manner to foster positive business relationships and deliver high-quality customer serviceDeliver high-quality customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries, supporting after-hours needsProvide phone and email support for inquiries from sales teams and healthcare professionalsPerform Service Order Entry, Data Cleansing, and Invoicing for services using SAP and SalesforceProcess all tasks in alignment with relevant working practices and standard operating proceduresOffer after-hours support as needed, depending on call volume or workload demandsWhat you need
Required
High School Diploma or equivalentTwo (2) years’ relevant work experiencePreferred
