The Pro Shop Attendant will offer friendly and expedient service to the property’s guests and assist the Pro Shop Manager or General Manager in golf shop operations, merchandise sales and other golf‐related activities which may include picking the range, setting up/washing of golf carts, marshalling, etc.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skill Requirements: 

1+ years in guest services experience Must be highly motivated, goal driven and self‐starter.   Must have basic math skills and computer knowledge.    Must have strong customer/guest orientation.  Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.   Must be dependable.   Knowledge about the game of golf preferred. Must be able to operate a gas or electric golf cart. Valid Driver’s License preferred. Must have or be able to obtain Dispenser (Blue Card) from LCB  

Position Responsibilities: 

Maintain professional appearance.  Process customer reservations for golf course guests. Provides fast, fun and friendly customer service to arriving guests to expedite check‐in process. Arranges and displays golf shop inventory as necessary and directed. Collects green and cart fees (and other revenue) from guests and processes in the register as trained. Issues receipts for guest purchases. Takes messages for staff or guests. Assists in reconciliation of daily CC charges/ accounts receivable to daily register at the closing of the day. Assists with golf cart setup or washing after use as needed. Performs marshal duties as needed. Performs clean‐up and closing procedures. Perform other duties as assigned.
