Responsibilities and Essential Job Functions
Interprets in a timely and accurate manner for patients/family members in a wide variety of settings.Maintains strict patient confidentiality and maintains patient privacy.Demonstrates ability to follow directions and contributes to problem-solving.Interacts in a courteous, customer-focused manner.Accepts delegation and works as a contributing team member.Performs other duties as needed including: intentional rounding- round on all languages, staff education/in-services on “best practices”/policies/procedures, data entry/ run reports.Other duties as assigned per department needs when demand is slow for on-site services.Must be able to perform the professional, clinical and or technical competencies of the assigned unit or department.These statements are intended to describe the essential functions of the job and are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all responsibilities.
