It is required to work 48 hours per 6-week period.** A caregiver who excels in this role will: + Provide direct nursing care. + Implement and monitor patient care plans. + Monitor, record and communicate patients' conditions. + Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. + Assess and coordinate patients' discharge needs.
