What you will do in this role: + You will complete medical releases, injury reports, Workers Comp forms, and monthly referral logs + You willassistwith managing patient charts including assembling new patient charts, organizing medical records for subpoenas, and patient chart delivery + You will code workers comp encounter forms and set up workers comp accounts in the system  + You will code and charge out x-ray  What Qualifications you will need: + One year of experience as a HIM Tech supporting a physician practice is highly preferred + Experience using an EHR system is extremely helpful Supporting HCA Healthcare's 186 hospitals and 2,400+ sites of care, Physician Services plays a crucial role as the main entry point for patients looking for high-quality healthcare within the HCA Healthcare system.
