What you can expect at your practice:

Seeking high-performing per-diem Family Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants with prior Emergency Department experience.Be part of a new neighborhood hospital opening in early 2026, improving access to high-quality care closer to home for our community.Enjoy a schedule that includes 10-12-hour day or night shifts, with physicians covering 24-hour shifts to ensure seamless patient care.Option to work per-diem across four hospitals - Carlisle, Newberry, Shrewsbury, and WellSpan York Hospital - expanding your professional horizons. Support physicians with providing comprehensive emergency care for a range of conditions, including allergic reactions, chest or head pain, broken bones, and severe illnesses.
