What You Will Be Doing
As a Project Management & Planning Operations Representative (Level 1) supporting the IFG Sustainment Modifications team, you will play a vital role in ensuring successful program execution across multiple development and modification contracts. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals with foundational experience or education in business, supply chain, or program management who are eager to grow within a high-impact defense environment.

In this role, you will be responsible for tracking, analyzing, and reporting on supply-related cost, schedule, and performance metrics. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to manage change requests, support integrated master schedule updates, and contribute to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance. Your work will support the overall sustainment strategy for the IFG program, helping Lockheed Martin meet key customer objectives and deliver mission-critical capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for managing IFG Sustainment Modifications supply cost, technical, and schedule performance across development and modification contracts.

- Analyze Change Requests (CRs) and perform monthly Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates.

- Status Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) updates to reflect accurate material delivery timelines.

- Track material requirements to ensure On-Time Delivery (OTD) aligned with contractual due dates.

- Collect and organize contract closure evidence and documentation.

- Perform monthly financial and schedule analysis to validate supply obligations, expenditures, and EACs.

- Prepare and present variance analyses and explanations to CDS Supply and AMMM leadership.

- Support senior leadership briefings by presenting EVMS status of all Supply Operations cost accounts.

- Ensure adherence to Earned Value Management System (EVMS) practices and maintain positive performance metrics.

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Finance, Business, or related field

- Experience with project management and earned value management techniques (i.e. schedule and time management, managing budgets, working to deadlines)

- Experience in one or more of the following areas: Business Administration, Performance Based Logistics (PBL), Inventory Management

- Must be a US Citizen.; This position will require a government security clearance.; This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

- Holds intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel abilities - Experience with Earned Value Methodology / CAM Training / CAM 101 Certified - Team player with a positive attitude who is a self-starter - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Organizational, administrative, and planning skills - Ability to multi-task in a high-tempo environment and be able to interact with multiple organizations and levels of management

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
