The company, formed in 2020 through the combination of Raytheon Company and the United Technologies Corporation aerospace businesses, is headquartered in Arlington, VA. **Position Overview:** As a Privileged Remote Access Product Owner supporting the IAM Privilege Management Team, you will lead our enterprise-scale BeyondTrust Privileged Remote Access (PRA) implementation, supporting 10,000+ users and 100,000+ endpoints. This role combines hands-on technical administration with product leadership, driving our modernization of remote access capabilities while retiring legacy bastion infrastructure. Additionally, the job will facilitate external remote access to support RTX operational technology segments. This job offers exposure to leadership, project management opportunities, and a deep dive into technical operations of elevated access. This job will report to the Senior Manager of Privilege Management team, but will have exposure to all aspects of Identity Access Management organization. **What You Will Do:** + Own product strategy and roadmap for BeyondTrust PRA across multi-tenant cloud and datacenter environments + Reduce technical debt and attack surface through secure architecture and automation + Translate business needs into scalable, compliant remote access solutions + Administer and configure PRA, including integrations with Password Safe, SSO, and secure protocols + Design and implement API-driven, self-service provisioning at enterprise scale + Ensure auditability, SOX compliance, and operational efficiency across all access sessions **Qualifications You Must Have:** + Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience + A minimum of 5 years of leading enterprise infrastructure initiatives **Qualifications We Prefer:** + Experience with BeyondTrust PRA or similar enterprise remote access platforms + Strong IAM expertise (Entra ID, AD, LDAP, SAML/OAuth, SSO; Ping, SailPoint) + Automation and scripting experience (Python, PowerShell, APIs) at enterprise scale + Experience with multi-tenant environments, 10,000+ users, and compliance (SOX/PCI) + Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills; CISSP a plus **Work Location** This is a hybrid role, eligible candidates must reside within commuting distance from Farmington, CT, additional locations will be considered MA, TX, IA **What We Offer: Whether you’re just starting out on your career journey or are an experienced professional, we offer a robust total rewards package with compensation; healthcare, wellness, retirement and work/life benefits; career development and recognition programs. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
