Our work depends on a **Privilege Access Management (PAM) Engineer** joining our team to analyze design, develop, implement, and support code for our government customer, the United States Postal Service. **HOW A** **PRIVILEGE ACCESS MANAGEMENT (PAM) ENGINEER** **WILL MAKE AN IMPACT** In this role, a typical day will include: + Technical contributor that will be implementing USPS cybersecurity strategies protecting the digital identities within the network, connected assets, hosted applications and data within the Information Technology (IT) environment. + Candidates must have strong demonstrated experience in large enterprise IT environment **WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:** **Education** : + Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, preferred but not required. + NOTE: If resources do not have a relevant college degree, an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required. **Required Experience** : + 5+ years of IT security experience and application of Privilege Access Management (PAM) solutions towards identity and access management efforts + Specific technical knowledge, experience, and certifications with relevant tools such as Beyond Trust, Okta, SCIM integration + Splunk use and knowledge object development + Windows and Linux system administration + Python scripting and automation implementation + Directory services including Active Directory, are required + Candidates would benefit from having relevant technical certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM, GIAC, RHCE, CPTE, or CEH) + Strong oral and written communication skills + Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts + Ability to build & maintain schedules and step-by-step action plans + Strong interpersonal and organizational skills + Ability to positively influence peer organization and key stakeholders. **Security Clearance Level:** + Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance and successfully pass a thorough Government background screening process requiring the completion of detailed forms and fingerprinting + **_This position has a U.S. residency requirement. The USPS security clearance process requires the selected candidate to have resided in the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for the last five years as follows: U.S. Citizens cannot have left the U.S. (including U.S. Territories) for longer than 6 months consecutively in the last 3 years (unless they meet certain exceptions). This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
