Private Wealth Management (PWM) secures, develops and manages relationships with high net worth individuals, their families, family offices and foundations. PWM assists clients with building and preserving their financial wealth by creating and implementing long-term asset allocation within the context of each client’s particular risk tolerance, and by providing access to innovative investment ideas and opportunities. PWM professionals develop customized investment strategies and offer a full array of wealth management products and services, including private banking and trust company services. 

 

YOUR IMPACT

Wealth Management Professionals (WMPs) work with our PWM sales teams to provide exceptional client service, operational support and risk management. WMPs are responsible for the operational management to ensure excellence in operational execution across all elements of the client relationship. The role of the employee will include, but is not limited to the following; 

Liaise with PWM teams to support clientsFacilitate initial onboarding of client relationships and subsequent account maintenanceServe as a key liaison to other areas supporting the onboarding of PWM clientsPartner with Client Onboarding Team, Compliance, Legal and Operations Participate in ongoing monitoring of client relationships including the rolling review of clients and accounts  Ensure clients and accounts remain compliant with regulatory requirements and the latest internal policy standardsReview and understand policy requirements, internally source documentation, prepare client reach-out requests for PWM teams to review, raise any internal actions required and liaise with broader PWM teams to fully close out casesParticipate in remediation initiatives as well as audit queries and deliverables.

 

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates should be fluent in English and at least one of the following additional languages: German, Italian, French or SpanishCandidates will ideally have completed at least a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Management, Finance, Accounting or Economics0-3 years of prior work experience in a relevant fieldIn depth understanding of Processes and Procedures for client on-boarding, account maintenance, and account fundingAcquaintance with different financial instruments (Stocks, Options, Fixed Income, Debt)Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and follow-throughStrong ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlinesTeam player with positive attitude and strong work ethicStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to self-direct, analyze and evaluate and form independent judgmentsAbility to effectively interact and build relationships with senior management, sales teams and global stakeholders Sensitive to Risk & Compliance matters, ability to exercise discretion with respect to highly confidential/sensitive informationIntegrity, ethical standards and sound judgment
