Overview

In this role, you will work closely with members of the Private Placements investment team at Susquehanna, which is focused on investing in public companies via privately negotiated transactions. The Private Placements team is rapidly expanding their business and they need a motivated, energetic, and hard working person to help manage the growth of the global business.

               

Job duties include, but are not limited to

Entering, transmitting, and ensuring proper settlement of daily trades and recently completed dealsRunning macros that update data used in profit and loss reportsTracking and correcting trade breaks, including posting DWAC’s and working with Transfer AgentsServing as a liaison between the desk and its prime brokersRunning, reviewing for accuracy, and disseminating daily departmental reportsCollecting and Storing all essential deal documentsAiding with new account creation and the KYC process
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in finance or related fieldAbility to program in VBA and SQL Server is desirable Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, specifically Excel and Access.Strong communication skills (verbal and written); ability to interact effectively with all levels of the team.Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast paced environment while maintaining extreme level of attention to detail.Must be a self-starter, a quick learner, and resourceful in solving problems.Visa sponsorship for work authorization is not available for this position now or in the future
