The Role’s Key Responsibilities and Tasks
As an eDOer, you will have clear objectives, great challenges and a clear overview of how your work contributes to the global company project and its customers. As Privacy & Data Protection Counsel you will be part of the Legal Department, supporting both the strategy and the daily operations in our Data Protection Office, reporting to the Head of Privacy & Data Protection Officer.

Has 3+ years of experience in privacy, data protection, digital compliance, and a strong understanding of other digital laws and standards such as AI, and experience with privacy & compliance tools. Holds a European Law degree (ideally from Spain) and membership of a European Bar (if permitted by law), with experience dealing with the Spanish Data Protection Authority (and any other as a plus); or other relevant degree combined with data protection postgraduate education. Is fluency in English and Spanish (at least C1 Common European Framework of Reference for Languages level). The role requires you to speak on a day-to-day basis in English and Spanish. Is highly skilled at problem-solving, communication, and data analysis. Thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.Good to have
Experience with OneTrust and Atlassian tools (Jira & Confluence). Experience in the travel industry providing advice on privacy matters. Additional postgraduate degree or certifications in data protection (CIPP, CIPM…), IT, security information, or project management.
