**Printed Circuit Board Assembler** 📍 **Location:** Loveland, CO 💵 **Pay:** $19/hour 🕒 **Schedule:** Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (1st Shift) **Position Overview** Manpower, in partnership with a leading manufacturing company in Loveland, CO, is seeking **motivated Printed Circuit Board (PCB) Assemblers** to join their team. Experience in PCB board assembly or electronic manufacturing is preferred but not required. If you're detail-oriented and eager to learn, we encourage you to apply today! **What’s in It for You?** + Paid training + Full-time hours + Clean and safe work environment + Weekly pay + Opportunities for growth and advancement **Key Responsibilities** + Assemble and solder electronic components onto printed circuit boards + Produce quality products according to the build schedule + Perform secondary processing operations following work instructions + Inspect output for consistency with specifications and discard defects + Maintain product quality per department standards and visual/dimensional specs + Record and maintain traceability and quality documentation + Update visual management tools (e.g., Cell Boards) + Follow safety policies including PPE use, equipment operation, and tool handling + Maintain a clean and organized work area + Perform preventive maintenance and report equipment malfunctions + Suggest improvements and support Kaizen/DBS initiatives + Participate in team meetings for planning, problem-solving, and project work + Cross-train on other equipment or areas as needed + Assist with troubleshooting new equipment and products + Handle and dispose of chemical and non-chemical waste safely and accurately (some may be hazardous and regulated) **What You Bring** + Previous manufacturing experience preferred but not required + Manual dexterity and good hand-eye coordination + Basic reading, writing, and math skills + Mechanical aptitude or interest + Ability to pass a 7-year background check and drug screen + Positive attitude and willingness to learn **Ready to Apply?** Submit your **updated resume** today to be considered!
