Print Services Specialist\n

The Print Services Specialist plays a key role in managing and optimizing the daily operations of PGNFC's print shop, ensuring high-quality production and timely delivery of printed materials for staff, clients, and community members. This position also supports the organization's digital presence by maintaining website and social media platforms and provides occasional IT assistance as needed.\n

Success in this role requires a strong blend of technical expertise in print production, desktop publishing, project coordination, and customer service. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to always maintaining a high level of confidentiality and data security.\n

QUALIFICATIONS:\n

Confidentiality and Security\n\nDemonstrated ethical judgment and commitment to confidentiality policies \nExperience handling confidential documents and sensitive information \nFamiliarity with secure data disposal practices, including wiping drives and shredding documents \n\n
\n
Print Services Expertise\n\nExperience operating and maintaining commercial or high-volume printing equipment \nKnowledge of print production workflows including design, formatting, finishing, and quality control \nAbility to troubleshoot print hardware and software issues \nStrong customer service skills for consulting with clients and recommending print solutions \nExperience managing inventory and coordinating supply orders\nAdvanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications to support administrative and technical tasks\nSkilled in desktop publishing to support print shop operations\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite and\/or Canva is an asset\nFamiliarity with social media platforms and website content management systems for basic updates and community engagement\n\n

IT Support Skills\n\nAbility to set up and troubleshoot VOIP systems, mobile devices, and A\/V equipment \nAbility to train users and create clear documentation \nFamiliarity with work order ticketing systems\nExperience providing technical support to end users \n\n

Operational and Administrative Competencies\n\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail \nAbility to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively \nComfortable with physical tasks such as lifting up to 50 lbs., recycling, and deliveries\nAbility to sit or stand for several hours at a time \nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills \nWillingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends \nCommitment to team collaboration and community engagement \n\n

Education and Certifications\n\nDiploma or certificate in Office Administration, Print Technology or IT Technology (or 3 years of related experience) \nValid driver's license\n\n
