Print Room Associate
**Position Purpose:** The Print Room Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of payroll processes and related activities. Responsibilities include: + **Printing Payroll:** Accurately print payroll documents and maintain tracking for payroll packages. + **Document Management:** Print and mail documents from various teams within the company. + **W2 Statements:** Reprint W2 statements as needed and collaborate with the tax team. + **Cross-Department Collaboration:** Work closely with the IT department and support various payroll and operational functions. + **Vendor Coordination:** Manage mail services by working with vendors such as Ricoh and UPS. **Key Responsibilities:** + 20% Accounting, maintaining/ correcting payroll entries posted to the GL; Complete journal and data entry + 20% Direct Deposit setup and issue resolution + 20% Research and analysis of overpayments for resolution + 20% Metric Reporting + 20% Account reconciliations/ Invoice payments + Other duties as required **Direct Manager/Direct Reports:** + Typically reports to a Payroll Supervisor + No direct responsibility for supervising others. **Travel Requirements:** + Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time. **Physical Requirements:** + Most of the time is spent sitting in a comfortable position and there is frequent opportunity to move about. On rare occasions there may be a need to move or lift light articles. **Working Conditions:** + Located in a comfortable indoor area.
