Adecco is currently recruiting for a **Print Production & Customer Service Associate** to join our client’s team, a leading wide-format graphics production company in Rochester, NY! This position offers a unique blend of hands-on print production responsibilities and direct customer interaction. It is well-suited for candidates who enjoy both technical work and client-facing roles in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Greet walk-in customers and respond to phone and email inquiries + Accurately process customer transactions and manage point-of-sale operations + Provide clear and timely updates on project progress and production timelines + Maintain a positive and professional demeanor to ensure a strong customer experience **Print Production Workflow** + Operate and maintain wide-format production equipment across three core stages: + **Printing:** Run jobs using Epson SureColor Eco-Solvent printers + **Plotting:** Set up and operate Graphtec vinyl cutting plotters + **Laminating:** Apply lamination materials carefully to achieve clean, bubble-free results + Support quality control efforts through trimming, mounting, and packaging of finished products **Required Qualifications** + Previous experience in customer service or retail (cash handling required) + Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret and follow visual specifications + Experience using Adobe Illustrator or similar design/production software + Familiarity with wide-format printing equipment is highly preferred **_Apply now for immediate consideration!_** **Pay Details:** $18.00 to $23.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
