Print Operator Doncaster Plant

 

Role description

We are looking to recruit a Print Operator, to operate screen printing machines to a high-quality level and optimise efficiency.

Responsibilities: Operate print machines maintaining high efficiency level. Ensure each line is running at full capacity Responsible for problem solving and fault finding within the standard operating procedures Ensure customer print specifications are achieved Responsible for the print quality Required skills / qualifications: Experience in screen print machines preferred Experience in Interpret Artwork Specification preferred Ability to manually pack products in event of equipment failure Ability to recognise basic mechanical malfunctions & container defects What we offer: Minimum £38,685 - £44,050 per annum Salary sacrifice pension scheme with up to 10% matched contributions 37 hours per week, Monday – Friday, option for condensed hours, plus 26.5 days holiday + 8 statutory holidays An environment where we support the development and progression of our employees, tailored to the individual’s aspirations and business opportunities Health and wellbeing initiatives, such as Occupational Health, AXA private healthcare and cycle to work scheme Family friendly policies and Company Sick Pay, after qualifying period
