The Print Operator is a hybrid role responsible for supporting print production and finishing at the Print Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible for setting up, adjusting, and operating various cut sheet and wide format printers. This position will process production files through various digital front-end software and operate a selection of bindery equipment to transform printed sheets into final products. Key responsibilities include reviewing job ticket specifications, following operating instructions or guidance from the Print Lead, Print Center Specialist, and work cohesively with other department team members. Additionally, this position will monitor quality, output, productivity, and ensure quality checks on all finished products.
