Volt is immediately hiring for Print and Digital Graphic Designer in Moorpark, CA.
As a Print and Digital Graphic Designer you will:
Take ownership of the design and execution of the company’s wholesale catalog, ensuring products are presented clearly and consistently. Efficiently manage and update large datasets using Excel or similar tools to streamline production workflows. Handle layout creation, product visuals, and final production steps to deliver high-quality, print-ready materials within tight timelines. Create a range of marketing assets including sell sheets, event materials, digital graphics, and presentation decks. Perform photo editing and retouching to maintain brand consistency across visual content. Develop custom creative assets for unique design needs as they arise. Work closely with internal stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables. Identify opportunities to improve creative workflows and implement process enhancements. Maintain and update design templates, brand assets, and organizational systems to ensure consistency and accessibility.This is a full-time, temp-to-hire, 100% in-office opportunity.
The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in catalog production, wholesale, print, or web environments. Portfolio demonstrating strong capabilities in both print and digital design. Proven ability to manage projects independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple priorities. Expert-level skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator), with a focus on layout and photo editing. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for handling catalog-related data tasks such as bulk updates and automation. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and file management practices. Self-driven, resourceful, and proactive with a high level of accountability and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.Pay Rate: $36-$39/hr
