This position is a direct report to the Facility Security Office in Tucson Arizona. This role will partner with all Global Security Services cores, programs & mission area leaders, human resources, ethics, legal, customers and DCSA to assist with developing solutions to a myriad of security challenges. You must possess uncompromised ethical standards, be a team player, and possess strong verbal and written communication skills. This position will require you to collaborate extensively in a matrix organization. You must be a self starter who requires minimal supervision as well as displays meticulous organizational skills.
What You Will Do
Conduct investigative work IAW 32 CFR Part 117, along withAssist with routine self-inspections,Participate in customer reviews, document findings, recommend and assist with corrective actionsEvaluating implementation of corrective action plans.Assist with potential adverse cases for determination on reporting to Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency (DCSA) in accordance with the 32 CFR Part 117; National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) and the 13 adjudicative guidelines.Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Security, Criminal Justice, Business or other related fieldUp to or less than 5 years. security related experience.Up to or less than 5 years. of investigative experience in a security environment, preferably experience from a certified law enforcement or government schoolhouse.Experience with 32 CFR Part 117 NISPOM, as well as SEAD 3 and SEAD 4 requirements. Experience with the 13 adjudicative guidelinesExperience with Administrative InquiriesQualifications We Value

This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.The salary range for this role is 82,000 USD - 164,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
