You will create elegant, intuitive user interfaces that meet unique customer needs by working with research, product, tech, clinical, and operations stakeholders by bringing excellence and a strong point of view to all that you do.
About You:
Designers at Amazon Health Services are architects of beautiful, intuitive and delightful experiences. They passionately work collaboratively alongside research, product, tech, clinical, and operations partners to change healthcare by ideating, inventing and crafting elegant solutions that empower customers (patients, caregivers, clinicians and operations partners). They use human-centered, tech forward, design process to turn research insights and product goals into thoughtful new solutions that raise the bar on interaction, product design and visuals patterns and push boundaries on what customers focused healthcare should feel like. They thrive in a highly ambiguous, yet highly regulated, environment where they challenge the status quo, ask hard questions and raise the bar for other designers. As a designer, you’re shaping the culture of how as much as delivering a product.

* Present at the right altitude: from hands-on design reviews to exec-level narratives and demos
* Model excellence in design and craft by launching experiences that visually provoke
* Embody empathic and optimistic leadership working closely with other disciplines and partners
