Principal TPM Manager

The E+D Growth team is looking for an accomplished TPM Manager to drive the next level of growth for M365 Copilot and the M365 subscription. This role requires passion for coaching and developing senior TPMs, prior experience as a TPM, experience building successful partnerships across a wide range of stakeholders and disciplines up to CVP level, and demonstrated leadership delivering high scale systems and programs. A key part of this role will include shipping and operating AI-powered systems as well as helping the team of 400 leverage AI to increase our productivity and impact.

You will be joining a team that specializes in using Product-Led Growth (PLG) best practices to drive customer success and business growth. We are data informed, hypothesis driven, and rigorous in measuring outcomes to ensure customer and business impact. And we are transforming how we design and deliver PLG systems in the age of AI. We work hand in hand with industry leading design, user research, marketing, and data science teams to build deep customer understanding and connection that inform the design of experiences that hundreds of millions of people use every day. We partner closely with engineering teams across the company to deliver world class services, leverage the latest techniques in AI, and create experiences that connect with M365 customers across Microsoft products.

We are looking for a Principal TPM Manager to drive some of the most complex, cross-organizational efforts that the E+D Growth Team tackles. This person will drive key, AI-related investments and workstreams involving complex technical and partnership-focused efforts with cross-Microsoft impact. Decisions will need to be made using the input of others within the org (and outside of it) but also with data and business results in mind. Landing the projects in this workstream requires this TPM to deliver with operational excellence and a high, measurable bar for final delivery and impact.

Part of building a successful team is having an inclusive workplace where all people and ideas are welcome. We invest in the health of our team and view "how we work" as seriously as the impact we have for customers and the business. Members of our team lead allyship and mentoring initiatives across Microsoft, and we invest in development of our team from new hires to the most senior levels.

This position is based at the Redmond campus, with 3 days per week work on-site and 2 days per week work from home.

Microsoft’s mission is to empower every person and every organization on the planet to achieve more. As employees we come together with a growth mindset, innovate to empower others, and collaborate to realize our shared goals. Each day we build on our values of respect, integrity, and accountability to create a culture of inclusion where everyone can thrive at work and beyond.
