The Amazon Specialized Business Security organization (SBS) owns security outcomes for Amazon’s unique businesses including Alexa, Devices, Kuiper, Ads, Prime Video, and more. These are strategic businesses for Amazon and require robust security solutions that are purpose-built for these businesses, working closely with the teams that own these businesses.

SBS is seeking a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead initiatives that span the SBS organization and the business teams we support. Reporting to the SBS CISO, the role requires someone who can operate with complete independence and may not even know what the problem is before starting, as both business and architectural strategy might be undefined. The successful candidate will drive clarity in ambiguous situations and influence broadly across Amazon, using data and strong writing skills to influence decisions across organizational boundaries.

As a Principal TPM at Amazon, you will also be an influential leader in the Amazon TPM community, working across the company to establish and improve best practices, mentor, assess emerging talent, and fostering partnerships that improve communication and decision making across Amazon.
