Project Kuiper is an Amazon initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of over 3,000 Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellites. In this role you for two primary projects. First, you will work with our SDM and SDEs to help build the roadmap for building and supporting GRC tooling for the Amazon Leo Security Assurance team. You will work closely with other compliance engineering teams across Amazon, including the AWS Security Assurance Engineering team and Amazon Privacy, Regulation Tech, and Assurance, to collaborate and develop software to ensure the right tools and automations are available for understanding, assessing, and externalizing our alignment against security expectations. Second, you'll work with Leo Security on identifying opportunities to integrate compliance into the AppSec and builder communication process to convey compliance requirements earlier in the build process.

Key job responsibilities
• Strategic Leadership: Drive the delivery end-to-end delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with long-term business and technical goals.
• Stakeholder Influence: Partner with senior leaders, and business stakeholders to align on priorities, drive consensus, and deliver impactful solutions that scale globally.
• Solution Architecture: Collaborate with engineering and compliance leads to design and implement scalable, and efficient system architectures.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Define KPIs and metrics to measure program success, identify areas for improvement, and provide transparent, actionable updates to leadership through detailed reporting and insights.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Act as the key connection point between engineering, business teams, and compliance, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and seamless execution.
