Principal Technology Strategist
Job Description Collaborate with IT leadership to enhance technology strategies by utilizing intuitive frameworks, ensuring alignment with business goals, simplifying the communication of value, and crafting messages that resonate with non-technical audiences.  Advises general management on the internal and external business environment, including regulatory changes, technological advancements, and market dynamics, to proactively identify strategic opportunities and challenges.  Communicates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategic initiatives, ensuring effective coordination, communication, and execution across the organization.  Provides leadership and guidance in the development of business cases, financial models, and performance metrics to evaluate and measure the success of strategic initiatives.  Delivers the organization's strategic direction and progress to the executive team and key stakeholders, ensuring alignment, transparency, and accountability throughout the organization.  Directs process to conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and potential risks, providing insights and recommendations to guide strategic decision-making.  Conducts complex analyses and reports on member communications for executive-level and senior management, stakeholders, and senior individual contributors.  Oversee the creation and delivery of all strategy presentations for executive meetings within IT: develop compelling storyboards, streamline messaging, curate relevant content, and design impactful presentations. Skills and Requirements 10+ years in technology strategy & communication, or a related role. Proven track record in developing and executing technology strategies that drive business growth, with a strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and market dynamics. Mastery of problem-solving and decision-making skills, complemented by strong business intelligence capabilities and adeptness in planning, delivering, and supporting strategic initiatives. Proven leadership experience in influencing stakeholders at all levels of the organization, driving alignment on key priorities, and fostering collaboration and teamwork. Extensive experience in crafting and delivering high-stakes presentations to executive-level audiences, showcasing exceptional written and verbal communication skills that emphasize clarity, persuasion, and brevity. Strong narrative-building skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling stories that resonate with executive leaders. Demonstrated growth mindset, showcasing agility in personal and professional development for oneself and others.
