In this pivotal role, you will champion our engineering teams as Customer Zero—leading the charge in harnessing AI tools to maximize productivity, streamline workflows, and set new standards for excellence across Microsoft. As the leader responsible for AI tooling adoption, you will play a crucial role in establishing methodologies for assessing developer productivity enabled by AI. Through comprehensive analysis of usage trends, engagement metrics, and qualitative feedback from tens of thousands of Microsoft engineers, you will provide valuable insights into how AI tools contribute to alleviating developer workload, accelerating project delivery, and minimizing cognitive demands.
