Principal Technical Program Manager, End User Computing

We are seeking a highly strategic Principal Technical Program Manager (TPM) that enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of the product team defining all EUC services by improving processes, communication, and collaboration across all numerous stakeholder organizations. As Principal TPM in the Product organization for AWS, End-User Computing you will act as strategic partner to the Product Director, identifying areas for improvement and driving change to empower product teams to build better products. In this role you will take a systems-thinking approach to improving how our teams work, helping them stay aligned, move fast, and scale effectively without unnecessary friction. Your work will focus on enhancing collaboration, improving decision-making, and ensuring Product teams have the right structures and support to do their best work. You will drive clarity and concisely communicate, both verbally and in writing, with senior management on status, risks and required mitigations to maintain project commitments and achieve business objectives.



Key job responsibilities
• Partner with product and engineering leadership and teams to identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our product development process including supporting the team in making appropriate trade-offs to meet business objectives against established timelines.
• Design, execute, and iterate on high-impact programs that improve how the Product teams’ work. Examples include roadmap communication, launch management, goal setting, onboarding, and business reviews.
• Identify and remove friction points to drive seamless execution across Product, Engineering, UX, GTM and other cross-functional teams.
• Work directly with customers to understand pain points and help drive resolution.
• Define and measure success for operational improvements, collecting and analyzing relevant data to refine approaches and drive continuous improvement.
