Principal Technical Analyst – Customer Identity & Access Management
**DESCRIPTION** We are looking for a talented Principal Technical Analyst – Customer Identity & Access Management to join our team specializing in Systems/Information Technology for our preferred locations Atlanta, GA / Nashville, TN / Columbus, IN.        **In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: **         + **Customer Focus and Decision Quality:** Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions while making timely, high-quality decisions that drive organizational progress. + **Talent Development and Direction:** Support career growth by developing people to meet individual and organizational goals, while providing clear direction, effective delegation, and removing obstacles to ensure successful execution. + **Strategic Mindset:** Anticipate future possibilities and translate insights into breakthrough strategies that align with long-term business objectives. + **Data Modeling and Performance Tuning:** Create and test data models and scripts using industry standards and automation tools, while analyzing and resolving performance issues across applications, databases, and hardware. + **Solution Configuration and Design:** Configure and test commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) applications and define solution designs with instrumentation and measurement to meet buildability, business, and compliance requirements. + **Functional Fit Analysis:** Decompose systems into component parts to evaluate how effectively they interact and meet business, technical, and governance standards. + **Solution Modeling:** Design and document models and diagrams using standardized tools and automation to support secure, compliant, and technically sound solutions. + **Values Differences:** Embrace and leverage diverse perspectives and cultures to strengthen collaboration, innovation, and organizational effectiveness. **RESPONSIBILITIES** **To be successful in this role, you will need the following:** + Ability to create and manage the lifecycle of technical specifications that guide the development of applications, infrastructure, or complete solutions. + Skill in evaluating potential solutions through technical analysis, including assessing the fit and viability of commercial off-the-shelf products versus custom-built alternatives. + Experience delivering solutions that adhere to established standards and promote the reuse of components to improve efficiency and reduce costs. + Proficiency in designing high-level and detailed infrastructure or application components—including interfaces, conversions, extensions, reports, and workflows—while meeting architecture, security, performance, scalability, and maintainability requirements. + Capability to collaborate with IT technical service providers and infrastructure teams to ensure outsourced work meets specifications and key delivery parameters such as quality, schedule, cost, and performance. + Participation in formal design and code reviews to ensure alignment with detailed specifications and adherence to coding standards across development teams. + Initiative to identify and implement opportunities for reusability and automation in build and deployment processes to enhance delivery speed and operational efficiency. + Contribution to testing strategies, documentation standards, and support materials, while providing advanced technical support and coaching to less experienced team members. **Education, Licenses, Certifications:** College, university, or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related subject, or relevant equivalent experience required. This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations. **Experience:** Significant relevant experience required. 5-7 years of experience.  **QUALIFICATIONS** **Core Requirements** + Experiencing in delivering of complex and scalable Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM) solutions, ensuring alignment with business strategies + Lead the design and implementation of CIAM solutions. Strong understanding of CIAM architecture patterns, standards, and guidelines + Oversee the Integrating CIAM solutions with various enterprise applications, ensuring seamless access and user experience + Hands-on experience with CIAM tools such as Salesforce IAM, Ping Identity, Okta, MS Entra External ID etc.   + Investigating and resolving critical issues within CIAM systems, including debugging and triaging logs across integrated systems **Must Have** + Proven experience in architecting and implementing large-scale CIAM platforms, including a strong understanding of IAM protocols (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML) + A strong understanding of security principles, including encryption, token security, and session management. + Excellent communication skills to include internal/external interaction, and documentation + Proven ability to self-manage and complete project deliverables **Nice To Have** + Experience with the Salesforce.com platform. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud etc. Experience in Force.com/Lightning/LWC/Apex, CICD/COPADO/JIRA/DevOps  + Experience with Lightning Pages, triggers, SOQL, SOSL, API, Flows, LWC, Web Services (SOAP & REST) + Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using SQL. Experience with Angular framework/Java. + Stay up to date with new technologies and trends in identity management + Salesforce Certified Platform Developer-I & II , Salesforce Certified App Builder    Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range.
